Terms and conditions
No small print, no traps. Read it once and forget about it.
Reschedule or cancel at least one day before your appointment and we will refund you or find you another date, gladly.
No refunds are issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking. A late arrival does not get extra time beyond the hour booked.
If something has genuinely gone wrong, tell us and we will work with you where we can. To cancel, call or text 607-269-7638 or email info@thequandary.org.
You must be 18 or older to make a reservation. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A party of under-18s may play provided a responsible supervising adult stays on the premises — that adult is not charged if they do not enter the room.
Everyone signs a liability release before entry.
There are no flashing lights, no loud or unexpected noises, and no jump-scare tactics anywhere in this escape room.
Locks and puzzles must be solved to open. They cannot be forced or manipulated, and trying will only cost you time.
Cameras are present in the escape room throughout your session.
Anyone behaving destructively will be removed. You are liable for repairs to anything your party damages.
No food or drink in the escape room. Food and drink in the lobby can be arranged in advance with management. No alcohol on the premises, and management may refuse entry to anyone appearing impaired.
Your private information is yours. We do not share or sell any of your personal details with any other entity, private or commercial.
The only cookies we use are for your own purposes during checkout. We do not save your payment method unless you choose to save it for future use.
From time to time we may email you about new events or happenings at The Quandary. You are free to opt out of those at any point.
